====== Excluding Departments From Kommo Integration ====== If not all departments of your company work with Kommo, you can exclude these departments from the integration to prevent unnecessary leads from being created in the system. For example, if a customer calls the accounting department, no lead will be created in the CRM. **1**. Enable the setting in the **For all scenarios** section. {{kommo_exceptions_2.png?nolink&800}} **2**. In the **Do not create entries in the unsorted, leads, contacts and tasks** section, choose **To selected departments**. In the dropdown list, choose the required department. {{kommo_exceptions_4.png?nolink&450}} **3**. Click **Apply**. The list of exclusions will appear in the setting description. {{kommo_exceptions_6.png?nolink&800}} **4.** Click **Save** at the bottom of the general integration settings.
