This Privacy Policy describes how facilpabx collects, uses, shares and protects the data of Users and Customers of AV CORP – COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA who use the Virtual PABX services. By using the Virtual PABX services, you automatically declare that you are aware of this and agree with it.

2. Data Collected

2.1. facilpabx may collect the following data: Personal Data: Name, email, telephone number and other data provided by the Customer for authentication and use of the service.

Operational Data: Call recording (if contracted), usage logs, call reports and statistics.

Technical Data: Information about the device and connection to the platform, such as IP address, operating system and browser used.

2.2. The data is provided by the Customer during registration or automatically integrated through integrations with third-party systems, such as CRMs or telephone services.

3. Use of Data

3.1. The data collected will be used to: Provide and improve the Virtual PABX services.

Ensure the security and proper functioning of the platform.

Generate operational and statistical reports (anonymized, when applicable).

Meet technical support and audit demands.

Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3.2. facilpabx does not use the data collected for commercial or marketing purposes without the express consent of the Customer.

4. Sharing of Data

4.1. The data may be shared with: Partners and service providers: To maintain and operate the platform, under contracts that guarantee confidentiality.

Legal authorities: When there is a legal obligation or judicial request.

4.2. facilpabx is not responsible for the data shared by the Customer with third parties outside the scope of the service.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1. facilpabx stores data in encrypted form and implements technical and administrative measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or improper destruction.

5.2. Call recordings and other sensitive data will only be stored if the Customer contracts the storage service. If this is not contracted, this data will not be processed or maintained by facilpabx.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. facilpabx is not responsible for: Content of calls or messages made by Customers and Users;

Products or services offered by the Customer during calls;

Failure resulting from the improper use of APIs or integrations performed by the Customer;

Technical problems related to third-party services, including telephony contracted outside of facilpabx.

6.2. The Customer is solely responsible for: Ensuring the correct use of the platform and the security of its credentials;

Obtaining the consent of its Users and partners for recordings and data collection;

Manage integrations and use of contracted features.

7. User Rights

7.1. Users have the following rights regarding their personal data: Request access, correction or deletion of stored personal data.

Request limitation of data processing or portability of information.

Revoke consent for data processing, when applicable.

7.2. Such requests must be made to the Customer, who is the controller of the data entered into the platform.

8. Data Retention

8.1. Data will be stored while the service is active for the Customer. After termination of the contract, data will be deleted or anonymized, except when there is a legal obligation to retain it.

8.2. AV CORP LTDA is not responsible for backups or loss of data not contracted as part of the service.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1. This Policy may be changed at any time to reflect changes in the services or in compliance with applicable legislation. Changes will be communicated on the website or platform

9.2. Users and Customers are advised to regularly review this Privacy Policy in order to stay informed about these practices.
